An event for safety and resilience
The National Local Government Forum on Civil Protection and Societal Resilience is an event that brings together people committed to building a safe and resilient Poland. The Forum provides access to the most current information, inspiring examples from the country and abroad, and best practices that can be implemented in local government work.

Join the process of building societal resilience.
During the Forum, we will present specific tools and solutions that help local authorities respond effectively to crises and build societal resilience.
Each participant receives not only knowledge but also practical tools for further action, including 12-month access to an e-learning platform, implementation guides, and training materials and presentations.
Participants can join the network of Societal Resilience Clubs, and consult with experts even after the event. In addition, the mentoring program and membership in the practitioner community allow for experience sharing and the building of lasting relationships.

– Zbigniew Muszyński, Director of RCB: “Collaboration of public administration as a key element of crisis management”
– Andrzej Hawryluk, Deputy President of RARS: “Managing strategic reserves in the civil protection system”
– Albrecht Broemme, former President of THW (Federal Agency for Technical Relief), Germany: Development of a European platform for resilience to threats
– Panel discussion: “The role of local governments in building a civil protection system and financing tasks in the field of civil protection”
This session will run in parallel with the Forum’s proceedings.

The National Local Government Forum on Civil Protection and Societal Resilience is an initiative supported by key partners – institutions, organizations, and companies engaged in building safety and societal resilience.
Registration
Registration will begin on March 31 and continue until May 26, 2025, or until all invitations are taken.
Due to a limited number of seats, participation is determined by the order of applications.

The International Centre for Civic and Societal Security (ICCSS) is a global non-profit organization whose mission is to reinforce the resilience of societies, protect the public, and ensure comprehensive security.
